Fair and clear, for digital fonts.
Fonts are digital files, so they can’t be sent back. If something is wrong with your files or your order, we’ll make it right.
We will help
Refund or replacement when
- A file is corrupted or won’t install, and we can’t fix it for you.
- You received the wrong font or the wrong files.
- You were charged twice for the same font and license.
Not covered
No refund for
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Buying a font you no longer need.
- Choosing a license that turned out too small. We’ll upgrade it instead (see below).

Upgrade, don’t rebuy
If you need a bigger license, you only pay the difference between your current license and the new one. Send us your order number.
How to request
Three simple steps
- Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number.
- Tell us what went wrong. A screenshot of the error helps us solve it faster.
- We’ll first try to fix the file or send the right one. If we can’t, we refund the order to your original payment method.
Good to know
Before you buy, use the type tester on every font page to try your own text, and check the License page to pick the right license.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
