Questions? We’ve got answers.
Everything about buying, downloading, installing and licensing Sronstudio fonts.
Buying & downloads
How do I get my font after buying?
Your download links appear right away on the order confirmation page and in the order email we send you. You can also download them again anytime from My Account → Downloads.
Which file formats are included?
Every font includes OTF, TTF and WOFF files and works on Mac and Windows.
How can I pay?
Checkout is processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card, and other local payment methods may appear depending on your country.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes. Buy three fonts or more and use code PICK3 at checkout to save 20% (on orders of $60 or more). You can also save up to 96% with our font bundles.
Licensing
Which license do I need?
Most people only need the Desktop License ($20) for logos, print, packaging and social images. Read our license guide or compare everything on the License page.
Can I use the font for client work?
Yes. Buy the license in your client’s name and deliver the work. One license covers one owner.
Can I use it in Canva, Templett or for templates I sell?
Yes, with the Social Media / Content Creator License ($149). It covers digital products for sale, such as Canva, Templett or Corjl templates, as long as the font file itself is not shared.
Can I use it in YouTube videos or video ads?
Yes, with the Social Media / Content Creator License or higher. The Desktop License covers static images only.
Can I register a logo made with your font as a trademark?
Yes, with the Extended License ($399) or higher. The trademark protects your logo, not the font.
How do I upgrade my license?
Contact us with your order number. You only pay the difference between your current license and the new one.
Need a corporate or custom license?
See the Corporate, App & Game and Broadcast licenses on the License page, or tell us about your project.
Installing & using
How do I install a font on Mac?
Unzip the download, double-click the .otf file and click Install in Font Book. Restart your design app if the font doesn’t appear.
How do I install a font on Windows?
Unzip the download, right-click the .otf file and choose Install (or Install for all users). Restart your design app if needed.
Which file should I use?
Use OTF for design apps. Use TTF if an app doesn’t accept OTF. WOFF is for websites and needs a Webfont License.
How do I use the swashes and special characters?
Many of our fonts are PUA encoded. In Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, open the Glyphs panel and double-click a character to insert it. On Windows you can also use Character Map, and on Mac you can browse characters in Font Book.
Can I use the fonts in Canva?
Yes. Canva Pro lets you upload font files to your Brand Kit. Using a font in templates you sell needs the Social Media / Content Creator License.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because fonts are digital files, we don’t refund a change of mind. We do refund or replace your order if a file is corrupted, you received the wrong font, or you were charged twice. Read the full Refund Policy.
